Welcome to Five Star Moving. By accessing or using our website and moving services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Service Scheduling & Rates

Moving dates and times are secured upon confirmation with dispatch. Rates are charged at our established hourly or flat rate agreement with a 2-hour minimum for local jobs.

2. Payment & Valuation

Payment is due upon completion of services. Valuation protection applies in accordance with CPUC and Cal-T regulations. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of service.

3. Policy Modifications
